By using The Travels Tip website or creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use account or submission features that require acceptance.

Editorial information is not a guarantee

Travel content is provided for general information and planning. Prices, schedules, entry requirements, weather, availability, safety conditions and operating details can change. You are responsible for checking time-sensitive requirements with the relevant official authority or service provider before booking or travelling.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and keeping your email address current. You must not access another person's account without authorization or attempt to bypass security, plan or permission controls.

Reader features

Saved articles, follows, notes, comments, notifications and newsletter preferences are provided as convenience features and may change as the service develops. Private notes are intended for the account holder; public comments remain subject to moderation and community rules.

Comments and user submissions

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious or spam content. By submitting public comments or other material intended for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant the publication the permissions reasonably necessary to display and moderate it.

Writer applications and editorial submissions

Submitting a writer application does not guarantee approval, publication or payment. Contributors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, rights and disclosure status of material they submit. The editorial team may request changes, reject a submission or remove publishing access when standards are not met.

Memberships and paid plans

When paid plans are activated, plan price, billing period, included entitlements and checkout method are displayed before activation. Additional payment-provider terms may apply. Free plans can be activated without a paid provider where the CMS permits that plan.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, The Travels Tip site design, editorial text, original images, graphics and other publication materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Limited personal use does not grant permission to republish, scrape, resell or create a competing database from the content.

Third-party services and links

Articles may link to airlines, hotels, booking services, government authorities, tourism organisations, restaurants or other external websites. The Travels Tip does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies or transactions.

Prohibited use

You must not interfere with the service, probe security without authorization, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, impersonate another person, manipulate engagement metrics or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be restricted or terminated for security reasons, abuse, repeated policy violations, fraudulent activity or misuse of publishing privileges. Where appropriate, editorial records may be preserved for audit, legal or integrity purposes.

Changes to the service and these terms

Features and policies may evolve. The current published version and update date apply to use of the service from that point forward, subject to any notice required by applicable law.
